Sony Ericsson has announced the launch of yet another XPERIA phone - and this one is going to be the world's first phone with a transparent display. Sony Ericsson XPERIA Pureness is slated for a November launch and as there is no concrete information available, users will have to wait for the launch to take place.
Sony Ericsson XPERIA Pureness is defined as "a simple design phone" which brings together beautiful craftsmanship and the concept of "talk, text, time - a holiday from technology". The all new Sony Ericsson XPERIA Pureness is targeting the high-end luxury class. Akin to the Nokia Arte series that caters to a unique cadre of consumers, the Sony Ericsson XPERIA Pureness will be targeting the elite class. The transparent display is indeed the major highlight.
Sony Ericsson XPERIA Pureness resembles the Sony Ericsson Kiki that was revealed two months back along with Sony Ericsson Rachael. The latter is likely to be named, XPERIA X3. The probable handset was shown to media that attended an event to launch Sony Ericsson's new brand direction.
Sony Ericsson XPERIA Pureness approaches the mobile phone industry as a work of art, rather than technology. The designers have aimed to carve an object of design which reflects the purity of water, laced with a sense of calmness when it is not in use. Although not much can be said about the technical competencies, the images revealed demonstrate that it is a good looking phone.
